If you are a healthcare provider or other covered entity, you may not use Skedsy to collect or transmit PHI unless a separate written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place with UICODELABS, LLC.
Skedsy is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us for removal.
Skedsy is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from another country, you consent to the processing and transfer of your information to the U.S. in accordance with this Policy.
