Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Skedsy, a scheduling and booking platform for hosts and guests. By using Skedsy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This document is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice.


Definitions

“Company” means UICODELABS, LLC, located at 200 E Las Olas Blvd, Suite 1400, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. “Service” or “Skedsy” refers to the Skedsy platform and related services. “Host” means a user who offers sessions, meetings, or events. “Guest” means a user who books or attends. “You” refers to any user of the Service.

Accounts and Eligibility
  • You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
  • Hosts and guests have different features. Hosts are responsible for their availability, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Free Trial

Skedsy offers paid subscriptions with a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise. After the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

  • Pricing and plan details may change with notice. Changes apply to future billing cycles.
  • You authorize recurring billing through our payment processor, such as Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Bookings and Payments
  • Skedsy connects hosts and guests for booking sessions and events.
  • Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors such as Stripe, and you agree to their terms when transacting.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow the host's policy and applicable laws.
  • Skedsy facilitates scheduling but is not a party to any agreements between hosts and guests.
Privacy and Data

Your use of Skedsy is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect data necessary to operate and improve the platform. Some features integrate with Google Calendar, Gmail, or Cloudflare services. By connecting these services you agree to their respective terms.

Intellectual Property
  • Skedsy, its logo, and related marks are owned by UICODELABS, LLC.
  • You are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
  • You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us permission to host and display it within the service.
Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party integrations such as Stripe and Google APIs. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their use. UICODELABS, LLC is not responsible for third-party content or actions.

Acceptable Use and Content Policy

Skedsy must be used in a lawful, professional, and respectful manner. You may not use Skedsy to create, share, or host any material that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or lewd in nature. Because Skedsy uses integrations such as Google Meet and other Google services for virtual meetings, you must also comply with Google's acceptable use policies. Any content or conduct that violates these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

No HIPAA Compliance / Restricted Use

Skedsy is not designed to collect, store, or transmit protected health information (“PHI”) as defined under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). By using the Service, you agree not to enter or upload PHI, including but not limited to medical records, diagnoses, treatment notes, test results, or any data that can identify an individual in connection with their health condition.

Skedsy is intended for general scheduling, business management, and wellness use only. Questions about age, fitness level, or other general wellness information are acceptable. However, the Service should not be used for professional medical charting, patient record storage, or diagnostic purposes.

If you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, you must not use Skedsy to collect or store PHI unless you have obtained a separate written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us.

Limitation of Liability and “As-Is” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UICODELABS, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, available at any particular time or location, free of viruses or defects, or that any errors will be corrected. You use Skedsy at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UICODELABS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the three months preceding the event.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
